A tribute to life, to the full and deep presence, to breathing, to the vital energy (prana), which allows us to be here at this very moment.
At a time when our breathing is suffering so many restrictions, it is important to remember that it is absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of our organism.
Make conscious and deep breathing a daily habit, whenever possible in Nature, and observe its enormous effectiveness in reducing anxiety and fear and in strengthening your health, on a physical, mental and emotional level.
This song was recorded just over a year ago, a few days before the start of the first lockdown. Even without knowing the metamorphosis that we were about to experience on a personal and collective level, we found in the uninhabited village of Drave an incredible silence and energy, an invitation to inner connection, conscious breathing and meditation.
