We invite you to sing our mantra "Vivo Aqui, Vivo no Agora", which means "I Live Here, I Live in the Now".
In this period of uncertainty we are experiencing throughout the World, it becomes more challenging to live consciously in the Now, as the natural tendency is to question ourselves about the future or to want to return to a past where we felt more secure. When you feel anxious and need to calm down, you can breathe deeply and sing this mantra, repeating it as many times as you need until you bring focus and serenity back to your being.
The voice is a powerful instrument for healing and transformation. As you repeatedly chant a mantra (a word or sentence with an intention), you increasingly align yourself with its meaning and energy. To Live in the Here and Now is to focus your attention on the only thing that exists: the present moment. It is wonderful to train the mind to serve our purpose, instead of allowing it to control our lives. Our thoughts and words shape our reality.
